Yes. As a Stramit account holder you have that option. Your account manager will be able to confirm product availability or suitable alternatives available in other states. They’ll also tell you about expected lead times and delivery charges that may apply if you go with these options.
It depends on the product you order and where you’re ordering from. In general, roofing and rainwater products have a 48-hour lead time. Our Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth offices can provide a 24-hour service on some products. Structural products, such as purlins, can have up to a 5-day lead time. If you're ordering outside a metropolitan area, you’ll also need to factor in delivery time on some products.Please refer to the Product and Service Guide for your area, or contact your account manager or local Stramit office for more information.
For standard delivery (48 hours notice) of standard lead-time roofing and rainwater products, the order cut-off time is 4pm. In Darwin it is 3.30pm. Next day delivery of standard lead time products can be organised with our Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth offices. The order cut-off time for next day delivery from these offices is 12.30pm.

We also use specialty materials that are not produced in Australia like ZAM® from Japan, and MagnaFlow® from New Zealand to make our structural or roofing products even more durable. Tolerances vary from product to product. Our roofing profiles have tolerances of ±4mm on width and 0-15mm on length. Purlins are supplied with section sizes to ±1mm and a length tolerance of 0-10mm.
